Zam Ismail, the winner of Southeast Asian Writers Award (S.E.A. Write) 2014, is a respected educator, poet, writer and one of the founders of the Association of writers Johor (PPJ). His continuous support towards the publishing of research and books about Johor history and heritage brought a significant contrbution to the documentation and literature of Johor.
